Description: This combo movements will work your whole body. Three sets of 12 reps. Stress quality of movement. Back lunge to laterol raise, squat to V press. Alternate your legs and bring in that body awarness. Stagger squat to rear delt raise. Squat to pinching shoulder blades. You'll increase your balance as your buff up bod.
